At Raunchy Toyz LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because we sell intimate products, certain hygiene and safety restrictions apply to returns and refunds.

🔄 Return & Refund Requests 

If you would like to request a return or refund, please contact our Customer Service Team with your order number and a brief description of your request.

Once your request is received, please allow 24–48 hours for our Customer Service Team to respond. You will receive further instructions via email regarding the return or refund process.

Please do not send an item back without receiving return instructions from our Customer Service Team first.

🚫 Opened or Used Products

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on intimate products that have been opened, used, or removed from their original sealed packaging.

Any item that has been opened or used is not eligible for a return or refund.

📦 Eligible Returns

Approved returns must meet our return requirements and may need to be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In the original packaging

  • In resalable condition

  • Accompanied by the original order information

Additional restrictions may apply depending on the product.

💰 Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the approved refund amount for eligible returns.

The original shipping cost, if applicable, may also be non-refundable.

💳 Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional processing time for your financial institution or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.

📧 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and provide further instructions.

Please do not return any item without contacting Customer Service first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
